Waiting List
Please note that priority will be given to full time students. Should a waiting list develop, current part-time students will be given first choice on the available full-time slot; otherwise, the part-time slot will be surrendered to a family on the waiting list who plans to enroll full-time.
Registration Fees
There is a non-refundable annual registration fee, which is due every September 1st. This fee covers licensing fees, accreditation fees, and administration costs. See chart below for the appropriate registration fee:

Discounts
First Family Academy will honor two different discounts.
Personal Days
As a courtesy to our families, First Family Academy will offer five (5) days per school year that may be used for days that your child is not in attendance due to sickness or on vacation. These days must be requested by the parent. Parents may also use personal days on Holidays when the academy is closed.

A variety of schedules are available for the Early Learning Center . See Director for specific details on our rates.
As a courtesy to some of our families, we will offer some part-time slots only within the Early Education Center . In these cases, a child may attend an AM slot or a PM slot. The day will be split at the noon hour. Parents will have a 15-minute window in which to pick up their child before a full day charge is assessed to the responsible party account.

Preferred enrollment is given to our current families during the months of February and March. A student is officially “enrolled” when the registration fee is paid in full.
First Family Academy recognizes that it may be difficult to provide care for your school age child during in-service days, winter break, spring break, and summer. Beginning in the fall, FFA is pleased to provide families with an alternative program for their child. Special activities will be offered during this time so that your child is engaged in an exciting program while you are at work.

All parents (nursery, preschool, and elementary) will be required to enroll in Tuition Express for automatic billing in order to attend FFA. Should you fail to enroll in Tuition Express, your account will be charged a $5.00 convenience fee per week.
In the rare case where an account balance should accrue, all accounts will be automatically charged a late payment fee of $25 for all tuition not paid by Tuesday of each week. If payment is not dropped off in the office prior to the close of day, it is considered late and a late payment fee will be charged to the parent account. Accounts will not exceed one month of billing. Furthermore, students will not be allowed to continue attending FFA if payment arrangements are not made to pay off account balance in a timely manner.
We are called to be good stewards of our money. With that said, we as an academy, must operate for the good of the ministry. Therefore, payment policies have been set in place so that teacher salaries may be paid, supplies purchased, and general costs paid. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: All accounts should be left in good standing prior to the end of the year. Should account not be paid-in-full, the following will result:
All parents are required to give a two-week notice for any cancellations and or schedule changes. This policy is based upon the teacher’s need to plan and prepare for specific curriculum needs.
First Family Academy closes at 5:30 PM. It is imperative that the office be notified as soon as possible if a parent is going to be late for any reason. For every fifteen (15) minutes, a $5.00 charge will be assessed to the parent account for each child. If the parent/guardian fails to notify the school, academy management will make every effort to reach the responsible party and/or emergency contacts. If the Academy is unable to reach responsible parties by 6:00 PM, the proper authorities will be notified.
